Updated Curriculum for Adults

This month we are going to be starting to implement a new curriculum that more closely aligns with both the IFJA and USJA systems. For the adults curriculum Red River Judo will more closely align with the IFJA structure, while still adhering to the modern Judo competition rule set. We like this system because it allows for our team to be more flexible with our class structure and what techniques our different graded students will be able to work with. There are other requirements in addition to those listed below, but these are the Waza (technique) requirements. The children’s curriculum is still being developed, and will be posted soon.
